Intellectual Property Rights Webinar for Artists

The City of Pompano Beach ‘s Cultural Affairs Department will be holding a one hour webinar discussing intellectual property and how it applies to the arts.

The webinar will be led by Andrew Gerber, an Attorney based out of New York and part of the Kushnirsky Gerber PLLC Law Firm.

Andrew focuses the core of his practice on trademark, copyright, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, false advertising, and trade secrets. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products and has represented many artists located in Miami. Prior to co-founding the firm, Andrew was an attorney at Proskauer Rose and Kilpatrick Townsend, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.
