Pompano Beach Black History Month Ball

On Saturday, February 24, 2024, the Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department will host the Annual Pompano Beach Black History Month Ball. This event helps celebrate the Pioneers of the community. A Pioneer is a person or group that originates or helps open up a new line of thought or activity or a new method or technical development.

Honorees will include frontline personnel, entrepreneurs, instructional/non-instructional personnel, community leaders and community-based organizations that have inspired and positively impacted the community.

The honoree program features a three course dinner, live band and an inspirational dance performance. Dinner will include a one-hour cocktail reception, a main course and dessert. Limited tickets are available.
