Presented by Noir Infusion Arts in partnership with the City of Pompano Beach Cultural Arts Department, Exquisite is a one-of-a-kind evening celebration of Black art, culinary excellence, and soulful sounds. This elevated cultural experience will feature a curated art showcase, live performances, and tasting stations from top Black chefs and mixologists. Guests will enjoy an immersive journey through visual and culinary storytelling set under the stars in the elegant courtyard setting. Proceeds will support the Empowering Black Creatives Scholarship Fund.

The ticketing tiers are:

- Standard All-Inclusive: $71 + fees

- VIP/ Patron Experience: $108 + fees

Participant Bios

April RaQuel is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, model and accomplished entertainer, with a well-rounded portfolio of credits in the entertainment industry. April brings Soul, Funk & Fierce Fashion to her artistry.

Chef Shenike is a professional caterer based in the South Florida area (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties), operating under the business name
Eatswithshenike. Menu Highlights include salmon, Cajun chicken pasta, baked ziti, and customized event menus.

Chef Paul Carmichael is a renowned Barbadian chef known for elevating Caribbean cuisine globally, particularly through his role as Executive Chef at Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he has worked in high-profile kitchens in New York and Puerto Rico. He is celebrated for bringing Caribbean flavors to fine dining and for shaping future talent at Momofuku in NYC.

Chef Rob, owner of Michel's Catering & Events based in Lauderdale Lakes, FL, specializes in catering, traveling private chef services, and in-home cooking classes. His cuisine is heavily influenced by his Haitian roots, offering a unique "intimacy" in flavor. He is also a chef instructor.
