How to Purchase Tickets + Box Office Information
Tickets for concerts at Pompano Beach Amphitheater can be purchased through AXS.com. Tickets may also be purchased at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater box office, which opens at 4:00 PM on the day of an show/event.
Do note: the venue’s box office is only open on day of show.
The Venue Box Office is located at the north side of the venue at the main entrance across from the city aquatic center.

Credit cards and cash are accepted at the Pompano Beach Amp Box Office on event days. Types of payment accepted via AXS.com include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Matching Photo ID required with all in-person credit card purchases.
Accessible Seating
The amphitheater is an accessible venue. ADA seats are indicated by signage on the seats. Ask the box office staff for assistance on finding ADA seating.
Interpretive Services: A sign language interpreter is available upon request. Please contact the Amp at least two (2) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service. An interpreter can be requested by contacting AXS Fan Support. Please follow the instructions here.
Food & Beverage
A variety of food and beverages are available for purchase at every show at the Amphitheatre. There are water fountains on site. No outside food or drink will be permitted except for one unopened bottle of water per person.

Where do I buy tickets?
All tickets for Pompano Beach Amp shows should be purchased via AXS.com. We cannot guarantee that tickets purchased on third party ticket sites such as Stubhub, VividSeats, EventTickets.com, etc. are legitimate.

Does the venue have a lawn or General Admission seating?
There is no lawn at this venue, but general admission standing room only tickets are sometimes available on a show by show basis. Tickets can be purchased via AXS.com.
What time do gates open? What about parking lots?
The box office opens 3 hours prior to the advertised show time.

How much is parking?
Parking is free. Accessible parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
What happens if it’s raining?
The Amp’s seating area is completely covered. Events will happen rain or shine unless conditions are extreme and unsafe.

General Rules
- Re-entry is not permitted except in designated emergencies.
- Tailgating is not permitted at The Amp.
- Rain or Shine policy – Please note that the seating area at The Amp is fully covered.
- For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Please have your bags open and available for inspection.
- Smoking is not permitted in the seating area or restrooms, and is only permitted in designated areas.
- Private vending (including tickets) is prohibited at the amphitheater, including parking lots.
- A ticket is not required for children two (2) and under if the child remains in the lap of the accompanying parent or guardian, otherwise a regular priced ticket must be purchased for entry.
- Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the venue, and may also be subject to removal from the amphitheater.
- The Pompano Beach Amphitheater will not hold or be responsible for any valuable items during the show.
