Class Schedule

    • September: Mini Pumpkin Patch

September welcomes the start of fall, and in this Polymer Clay Experience, we’ll create a charming mini pumpkin patch using tools and materials from Ally Peer’s Studio. You’ll learn to blend vibrant oranges into a range of autumn tones and sculpt your own miniature pumpkins. The same technique can be used to make beads, magnets, and more. All levels welcome!

    • October - Charming Ghost Earrings

October ends with Halloween fun! In this spooktacular Polymer Clay Experience, we will learn how to make charms by embedding findings directly into raw clay—a useful technique for all kinds of projects. Then we will create Charming Ghost earrings by draping thin sheets of clay into whimsical shapes. We will make two pairs: one to keep and one to share. All tools and materials come from the real Ally Peer’s Studio. All levels welcome!

    • November - Holiday Lights Brooch

In November, we will kick off the season of holiday lights with a festive Polymer Clay Experience: creating a candle brooch. Whether you choose elegant Christmas candles, a vibrant Kinara for Kwanzaa, or a shining Hanukkiah for Hanukkah, you can follow one of our designs or craft your own. We will explore how to use extruders and other techniques to create even, clean strings for detailing. No matter which holiday you celebrate, you will leave with a beautiful, handcrafted brooch. Tools and supplies come from Ally Peer’s Studio. All levels welcome!

    • December - Holiday Decorations

December’s Polymer Clay Experience will be a multimedia celebration of creativity! Using tools and supplies from Ally Peer’s Studio, we will start by creating a textured clay slab with an embossing folder, then cut out a festive ornament shape. Most of our time will be spent decorating the ornament with acrylic markers and sealing it to create a lasting holiday keepsake. All levels welcome!
