They have received rave reviews from event planners, club owners and booking agencies around the country and in Europe. Derek a multi-talented musician/singer songwriter has shared the stage with recording artists such as: George McCrae, Donna Summers, Kool and the Gang, The Commodore’s, Taylor Dane, Gwen McCrae, Johnny Gill, The Dazz Band, The Gap Band, Spyro Gyro, Earth Wind & Fire, Timmy Thomas and Kevin Rudolph, just to name a few.

The FM Band is a soulful and electrifying band that performs today’s top 40 popular music, jazz, R&B, and reggae. Each member of the band brings a combination of vocal and instrumental skills and experience. The band consists of 6-pieces, including Bass, Drums, Keyboard, Guitar, Saxophone, and two lead vocalists. No matter what the occasion, the FM Band will keep the party rocking and the dance floor packed. Weddings, corporate events, birthday events, bar mitzvahs, concerts, gala balls, festivals, and organized functions. They do it all!

Candace Woodson is the answer to those who long for nostalgic and soulful R&B and jazz music, singing the greats such as Aretha Franklin, Phyllis Hyman, Valerie Simpson, Chaka Khan, Ella Fitzgerald, Patti Labelle, Gladys Knight, Whitney Houston to name a few. Candace Woodson is an Indie Soul Grammy winner (2019) and a UK Soul Chart Top 100 of 2021 recipient for the #1 song, “Midas Touch” as well as the winner of a plethora of awards. Candace continues to climb the Billboard Independent charts with her recent release "Trying To Be Perfect (New Mix)”. Her first version recording of “Trying to be Perfect” reached number one on the UK Soul chart. Candace continues to be a well-sorted indie artist allowing her to work with top producers and other recording artists. Candace will be in the UK in May of 2024 to appear as a special guest for Alexander O'Neal (May 3,4, 5, and 7).

Soulful Sundays - November 2020
This month, is a special Soulful Sundays as we closeout with the celebration of the 100th birthday of Esther Rolle through poetry, dance, and a concert by the Old Skool Gang. The Old Skool Gang is the brainchild of Entertainment Executive, and former KC and the Sunshine Band Member, Paul Lewis. Paul’s musical career has spanned four decades and his smooth first tenor voice is just the right flavor to make you remember artists like Smokey Robinson, El Debarge, The Stylistics, Switch, Eddie Kendricks, O’Bryan, Sam Cooke & Enchantment. The Old Skool Gang stay on top of the Best Music of Yesteryear.

This month, Soulful Sundays features the incredible music of the Gypsy Lane Band! Two of the Gypsy Lane Band members were the backing musicians for such groups as the Village People, the Ritchie Family and Instant Funk and performed with Patti La Belle, Cindy Lauper and Lou Rawls.
