The City commissioned emerging artist Fabio Onrack to complete a mural located on the Bailey Contemporary arts in the area come to be known as Artists Alley. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Fabio is a fine art painter and muralist with a passion for transforming urban spaces. The mural combines photorealistic portraiture with 3-dimensional effects.
