Downtown Pompano Beach is ready to come alive once again with the return of Old Town Untapped, the city’s signature cultural arts and music block party! Taking place every first Friday of the month from October through May, this vibrant event brings the community together for a night of live music, local art, delicious food, and unforgettable energy. Best of all, it’s FREE for all ages to attend—making it the perfect Friday night destination for family, friends, and neighbors.

The season kicks off on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Contemporary Arts Center and the surrounding streets of Downtown Pompano Beach. Register for free to be entered into a monthly giveaway for a future event of your choosing, and be among the first to experience the exciting new event layout designed to enhance your Untapped experience.

A Fresh Layout for 2025–26

This season, Old Town Untapped introduces a revamped street layout to make the event even more welcoming and accessible. Expanded walkways will help guests move easily between the main stage, food trucks, artist vendors, and the Bailey Contemporary Arts Center. The new design creates a smoother flow, ensuring visitors can fully enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes without missing a moment of the action.

A Night of Arts, Music, and Community

Old Town Untapped is more than just a block party—it’s a full cultural experience. Each month, attendees can:

• Groove to the sounds of local bands who set the stage with high-energy performances.
• Discover captivating gallery openings inside Bailey Contemporary Arts, where new exhibitions highlight local and regional talent.
• Stroll through vendor booths showcasing unique creations from local artists and makers.
• Savor an eclectic mix of dishes from some of South Florida’s best food trucks.

For those eager to dive deeper into the arts, docent-led art tours are available from 8:00–8:45 PM each evening—an enriching way to explore the exhibitions and learn more about the creative vision behind them.

October Kickoff: Box of Rocks

The 2025–26 season begins with a powerhouse performance by Box of Rocks on October 3rd. Known for their diverse setlist that spans multiple genres, this South Florida favorite has been entertaining audiences for 25 years. Their blend of acoustic and electric guitars, rich harmonies, bass, percussion, keyboards, and saxophone creates a dynamic sound that keeps the crowd engaged from start to finish.

What truly sets Box of Rocks apart is their infectious stage presence. Their enthusiasm radiates into the audience, ensuring that the kickoff to the Old Town Untapped season will be a night filled with energy, nostalgia, and pure fun.
