Six Shows, One Exciting Season: Pompano Players Returns to the Cultural Center

Lights up in Pompano Beach! The Pompano Players return to the Pompano Beach Cultural Center for an exciting 2026–2027 season featuring six productions filled with music, comedy, nostalgia and unforgettable performances.

As the Cultural Center’s professional resident theatre company, the Pompano Players bring the excitement of live theatre close to home. This season’s lineup travels from Broadway comedy and 1970s favorites to the timeless music of Frank Sinatra, classic doo-wop, swing and country.

Gutenberg! The Musical! | November 6–15, 2026

The season opens with laughter in Gutenberg! The Musical! Two aspiring writers take the stage to pitch their wildly inaccurate Broadway musical about the invention of the printing press. Armed with enthusiasm, catchy songs and plenty of outrageous humor, they’re determined to convince audiences that they have written the next big Broadway hit.

Never Can Say Goodbye – A 70s Beehive Musical | January 15–24, 2027

Get ready to groove! Never Can Say Goodbye takes audiences back to the 1970s with a celebration of the songs, style and spirit that defined the decade. Packed with familiar hits, this high-energy production is the perfect way to kick off the new year.

My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra | February 12–21, 2027
