To request changes to previously submitted coversheet: PBArts Request for Submission Changes Form
To submit a recurring event for a new fiscal year (for example, Taste of Jazz for the next fiscal year) : CAD Event New Fiscal/Reoccurring

CAD Internal Event Documents:
