PRE-APPLICANTION MEETING WITH A PLANNER IS REQUIRED.

You are required to provide an original paper application packet for your initial submittal. If you have already submitted a paper application and the information on that application has not changed, you may use the eForm to submit for additional reviews by clicking here.

Plat Application

On the application, be sure that the owner’s name matches what is on file with Broward County by searching the parcel on the Broward County Property Appraiser’s website BCPA.net. The individual who signs on behalf of the owner must be a the highest level Authorized Agent, as indicated on the Division of Corporations website, sunbiz.org.

All signatures must be original and only a complete submittal package will be accepted. No plans should be submitted at this time, as they will be uploaded to ePlan after the project is created.

For a plat application, provide the following paper submittal:

  1. Application
  2. Owner’s Certificate
  3. A check for the application fee
  4. Electronic Signature Affidavit for:
    • Surveyor
