PRE-APPLICANTION MEETING WITH A PLANNER IS REQUIRED.
You are required to provide an original paper application packet for your initial submittal. If your item has been heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals and you were required to return to the Board at a later date, contact Senior Planner Scott Reale, AICP at 954-786-4667 or scott.reale@copbfl.com. Any subsequent submission requires a new application.
Zoning Board of Appeals Application
On the application, be sure that the owner’s name matches what is on file with Broward County by searching the parcel on the Broward County Property Appraiser’s website BCPA.net. The individual who signs on behalf of the owner must be a the highest level Authorized Agent, as indicated on the Division of Corporations website, sunbiz.org.
All signatures must be original and only a complete submittal package will be accepted.
For an application for the Zoning Board of Appeals, provide the following:
- Application
- Owner’s Certificate
- A check for the application fee
- Flash Drive with Digital Plans + Narrative
