You are required to provide an original paper application packet for your initial submittal.
Site Plan and Building Design Pre-Application Meeting Application
On the application, be sure that the owner’s name matches what is on file with Broward County by searching the parcel on the Broward County Property Appraiser’s website BCPA.net. The individual who signs on behalf of the owner must be a the highest level Authorized Agent, as indicated on the Division of Corporations website, sunbiz.org.
All signatures must be original and only a complete submittal package will be accepted. No plans should be submitted at this time, as they will be uploaded to ePlan after the project is created.
